These are general hatha yoga classes, suitable for all levels.  Beginners welcome.

These classes consist of a full balanced programme of yoga asanas (postures), breathing and relaxation techniques and meditation.  Full guidance throughout.

Advice is given on how to proceed with any medical conditions or injuries

* For health and safety reasons this class is unsuitable for beginners.  Experience of asana, preparation of respiratory system and knowledge of the principles of yoga are necessary.
